(1) Point-controlled CNC machine tools

The position control of CNC spinning processing only requires the accurate positioning of the moving parts of the machine tool from one point to another. The requirements for the movement track between points are not strict. No machining is performed during the movement. The movement between them is irrelevant. In order to achieve fast and accurate positioning, the displacement of the displacement between two points generally moves quickly, and then slowly approaches the positioning point to ensure the positioning accuracy, as shown in the figure below. Controlled motion trajectory.


(2) Linear control CNC machine tools

Linear control CNC spinning machine is also called parallel control CNC machine tool. It is characterized by controlling the moving speed and route (track) between two related points in addition to the accurate positioning between the control points and points. It only moves parallel to the machine axis. That is to say, there is only one coordinate axis controlled at the same time (that is, there is no need to interpolate the calculation function in the CNC system). During the shifting process, the tool can cut at the specified feed speed. Generally, only rectangular and stepped parts can be processed.

1. Applicable to centrifugal universal fan 4-72, 9-19 and other models 3.6#-30# CNC spinning main use front plate, air inlet spinning forming;

2. It is applied to the flange forming of the numerical control spinning air cylinder flange and the air collector of the T30/T35/T40 axial flow fan;

3. In the production of numerical control spinning ventilation pipe, the cylinder pressing rib and the pipe diameter flaring are carried out.


Several major issues to be aware of when heating the spinning process

Heating and spinning are often used for products where the blank material is too thick, or the material is prone to cold work hardening. By heat treatment, the tensile strength and cold work hardening of the material are reduced, and the flow of the material in the molding process is smoother. The following is a thermal spinning process. Several things to note:


1. Close the machine cover

Because the hot spin needs heat treatment during the molding process, the product will break during the high-speed rotation process. In order to prevent the material from flying out of the machine tool, it is dangerous to the processing personnel. The protective cover needs to be closed in the production process.


2. Wear asbestos gloves for loading and unloading

Because the products, molds and cutter wheels that have undergone hot spinning are in a high temperature state, wear asbestos gloves to prevent heat during the loading and unloading process to avoid burns on the arms.


3. Processed product isolation

Because the product is hot after hot spinning, the product needs a certain time to cool, and it needs to be placed in isolation to prevent burns.
